Cancelling your Sucuri Account

If for any reason you want to cancel your WebSecure account, you have two options: 

If you signed up via Paypal:

If you signed up via Paypal, just login there and cancel the recurring payment to us (and your account will get auto cancelled on our side). This link explains how to do so: How to Cancel a Recurring Payment in PayPal 

If you signed up via Credit Card

All you have to do is email support@tgis.co.uk  or raise a support ticket and it will be cancelled on our side. Note that your account will remain open until it completes 1 year of the payment. After all - you have paid for 1 year of WebSecure monitoring and malware removal.

Refunds

Refunds are only available within 30 days of purchase and only in case a manual malware removal was not completed. In all other cases, you can cancel the account, but a refund will not be provided. By ordering the service you agree to these Terms and Conditions.


Guarantee

We guarantee our work, so if your site gets reinfected we will clean it up again until it is 100% clean. However, you also have to do your part and keep your sites updated, change passwords and follow our recommendations.

If you do not follow our recommendations, we will not clean it up again until they are done. Please remember that each site is scanned manually by someone and this takes time. The WebSecure service conditions are that you do your part to keep your website secure - and this means you will need to follow any recommendation we offer to make sure that we aren't perpetually working on your site because it keeps getting infected by the same route.
